I´ve made a purchase on steam 10 days ago but it was pending because Steam didn`t get the money. So i did a refund as they said. I was supposed to receive the money in 1-7 days but i received nothing. I tried sending an e-mail to papara support and tried contacting on whatsapp but i still got no answer.
