I have been trying to verify my account since a month but I cant. I completed all the steps. I got the black card delivered, put my profile picture, i couldnt deposit money so I bought a card from şok and got refunded 20tl which completed the deposit step. I have put all my information about id card, liveness check, address. Even after I’ve completed this step still it keeps showing that few steps are left. And i cant even re do the steps.
I have tried to reach throught email but the answers didnt help. Kindly help.
I’m not an expert on Papara, I’m a user, but does your smart phone have NFC function, and a good camera?
Maybe it is because you do not have Turkish Citizenship, and your passport does not have a chip? Just few possible problems, which occurred to my mind.
