Account verification

As a student living in Turkey, I decided to open a Papara account about two months ago. I quickly applied for a Papara Black card and provided all the required information, including a photo of my ID card, to complete the verification process. Unfortunately, my account remains unverified, which is causing me difficulties in sending and receiving money through the platform.

I have already contacted your support team via email, but the responses I received thus far have not been helpful in resolving this issue.

Unfortunately, not only is my account still unverified, but I also cannot see my IBAN (International Bank Account Number) on the platform. This further compounds the issue as I am unable to provide my IBAN to others for money transfers and transactions. I have tried to find a solution through the platform’s support team, but their responses have not provided any clarity or resolution to this problem.

I kindly request your immediate assistance in addressing this matter. I fully understand the importance of complying with regulations and providing the necessary documentation, and I want to assure you that I have done so.
