Hello. I have a problem with account verification. I filled out all the required information, but the account verification confirmation still hasn’t arrived. The app still shows me that I need to verify my account. A week has passed, but nothing has changed. How long does it take to review documents and information to verify an account?

Following the recent updates to account approvals, there is currently no specific timeframe that I can share with you for the approval of your account application, however, your account should be finalised a few business days after you apply for approval.
