papara black card delivery

I ordered a papara black card on December 5th, on December 6th it was supposed to be delivered to the courier in the Jetlogi delivery service, but this did not happen. It was supposed to be delivered on the 17th, but that didn’t happen either. no one cares at all. what should I do?
