My account has been under review for a month and a half , at this point no one is even answering my emails or giving me any updates, a week ago they tricked me and gave me false hope saying I should log out then log in , it didn’t work so they said delete the app and download it then log in , still not working and I heard nothing after that , an investigation as you guys are saying shouldn’t take more than 21 days to a month , if you are not capable to get to a point where this is solved let us know , because I’m sick and tired of not being able to use my own money , for no reason and without any explanation
