IBAN Send Money Failed

I have huge problem. I want to send to my sister IBAN some money but when I pushing send money button (para gonder) it’s not working it’s going to main page. I don’t want to withdraw it from Ak bank ATMs. I want to send it to another IBAN accounts please help to solve this issue
