I have used papara for almost 3 years now and I didn't have any problems with it until recently. Unfortunately I have tried to deposit money to my papara from my Ziraat account as usual but I get this erro :(tried to send 300 TL to you via FAST money transfer but it has not been completed since you’re currently not allowed to receive money from someone else’s bank account.)
Both of the accounts are mine with my own name, I can’t understand what the problem is, please help me
