Hi everyone,
My Papara account has been under review for over a month, and I haven’t received any updates from their support team. Every time I check the app, it just says “your account is under review” and I can’t:
- Access my balance
- Send or receive money
- Use the card or POS services
I’ve sent multiple emails and tried reaching out on social media but got zero helpful responses. It’s been incredibly frustrating — I use Papara for daily needs and have money stuck inside. I understand there are legal investigations going on, but leaving users in the dark for weeks is not acceptable.
Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?
Did anyone get their account back or hear any real update from Papara or TMSF?
Please help or share your experience.
